Privacy Policy of Global FM Co., Ltd. Global FM Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes and discloses the following privacy policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related grievances promptly and smoothly in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act. Article 1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed will not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures will be implemented, such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act. Membership registration and management on the website Personal information is processed for the purpose of confirming the intention to join, identifying and authenticating individuals for membership service provision, maintaining and managing membership qualifications, preventing fraudulent use of services, verifying consent from legal representatives when processing personal information of children under 14, and for various notifications and grievance handling. Provision of goods or services Personal information is processed for the purpose of delivering goods, providing services, sending contracts and invoices, providing content, offering customized services, verifying identity, verifying age, processing payments and settlements, and collecting debts. Handling consultation tasks Personal information is processed for the purpose of verifying the identity of consultation applicants, confirming consultation content, contacting and notifying for verification investigations, and notifying processing results. Article 2. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information The Company processes and retains personal information within the period agreed upon when collecting personal information from data subjects or within the period specified by law. The processing and retention periods for each personal information are as follows: Membership registration and management on the website: Until withdrawal from the Company's website. However, in the following cases, until the relevant reason is resolved: If an investigation or inquiry is ongoing due to a violation of related laws, until the investigation or inquiry is concluded. Operation of travel consultation centers Entrusted party: Inha Event Co., Ltd. Content of entrusted tasks: Verification of participant information and travel reservation tasks for companies participating in events such as exhibitions and consultations. Sending emails, text messages, and notification messages Entrusted party: Samjeong Data Service Co., Ltd. Content of entrusted tasks: Sending emails, text messages, notification messages, etc., regarding event information and notifications from the Company for events such as exhibitions and consultations. When entering into an entrustment contract, the Company specifies in documents such as contracts the prohibition of personal information processing for purposes other than the performance of entrusted tasks, technical and administrative protection measures, restrictions on re-entrustment, management and supervision of the entrusted party, compensation for damages, etc., in accordance with Article 26 of the Personal Information Protection Act, and supervises the entrusted party to ensure safe processing of personal information. If the content of entrusted tasks or the entrusted party changes, we will disclose it without delay through this privacy policy. Article 5 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Legal Representatives and Methods of Exercising Them) Data subjects may exercise their rights to request access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing of personal information at any time against the Company. The exercise of rights under paragraph 1 can be carried out through written, electronic mail, fax, etc., in accordance with Article 41, Paragraph 1 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, and the Company will take action without delay. The exercise of rights under paragraph 1 can be performed through a legal representative of the data subject or a delegated person. In this case, a power of attorney in accordance with Form No. 11 of the "Notice on the Method of Processing Personal Information (No. 2020-7)" must be submitted. Requests for access to personal information and suspension of processing may be restricted under Articles 35, Paragraph 4 and 37, Paragraph 2 of the Personal Information Protection Act. Requests for correction and deletion of personal information cannot be made if the personal information is specified as a collection target in other laws. The Company verifies whether the person requesting access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing is the data subject or a legitimate representative. If the retention period agreed upon with the data subject has expired or the processing purpose has been achieved, but the personal information must be retained according to other laws, the personal information is moved to a separate database (DB) or stored in a different location.
